Is 22 mpg city and 23 mpg highway good for a 97 acura integra?

Its the 1.8 non vtec model, Just curious if I need to change anything or if this is average, I just tuned it up, spark plugs wires, dis cap and air filter. I drive the speed limit and dont hammer it when I take off. Please let me know, thank ya
Its an automatic and I thought it should to, happy with the town mileage but not highway
Its winter so it warms up like 10 min a day and has 115000 miles on it, plus the check engine light isnt on and it runs smoothly
 
No that's worse then usual. You can expect that with an old car, but there should be some way to fix it. Try those mixtures that you put in your gas tank, that helped my friends car. But wait for another answer, maybe someone will know everything you can do. Or you can just take it to a garage because it IS far worse then stock.

maybe im wrong because im comparing it to modern cars
