Is 200cc Allroad dirt bike good for me?

Hi, I am a beginning dirt biker and do not have very much money. i was wondering what you guys thought about the 200cc allroad bike. the price fits me thats why i was looking at it over the typical honda ones. So i would like some input from anyone that owns or has riden one of these. im looking for a fast/long lasting dirt bike mainly. These Chinese built machines are under powered and can not be ridden on the street.For a starter machine,it may be just right.If you can afford a Honda 650 XLR dual sport that would be great for some one that is 250+ lbs.
