Is 2006 Mazda 3 good car ?

ITs a 2 door sedan. Do u think its a good car ? can someone give me some info about it please ?
 
I've never owned one but i work at a car Dealership and the two that we have at my job drive like shiite. I do like Mazdas though... the Mazda 3 is really nice. How much are you looking to spend? If i have to spend over $10k on a car. I would get a new Civic or a something under $20k.
