Is 2003 Honda civic Lx and Ex are of same size...?

I am looking to buy a honda civic. Is the size of an LX sedan same as EX sedan..? Whats the difference b/w LX and EX. other than size.
IN TERMOF CAR SIZE/VOLUME .I MEAN CABIN SIZE.. which model is more big in size..?
 
They are both 1.7 liter engines but the EX has vtec. I think the D17A2 (EX) is VTEC-E which means that somewhere around 3500 rpm it switches from 3 valves per cylinder to 4 valves per cylinder. Makes about 12 more horsepower than the DX/LX/VP
 
The cars are identical in size but you'll get more bells and whistles on the EX. You'll also get a better engine with the EX. However, be prepared to pay a significant amount more too.
