Is 15 mins on the treadmill and 15 mins on an exercise bike every day going to help me..

...tone and lose weight? I do not like exercising at all, I never really have! I have just started eating a lot healthier and trying to start an exercise routine that will help me firm, tone and lose weight. Will this help or is there a simple daily routine I can do on the treadmill and exercise bike and get results?
