Is 144,000 miles good for a 2000 Toyota?

I have a 2001 corolla with 110,000 miles on it. The only thing I have had done other than the usual tires and brakes, oil changes is the clutch replaced, and it runs as good as it ever did, gets 30+ mpg city. It uses about a quart of oil every 4-5 months, no leaks, no oil burning.
That being said, a lot would depend on if regular oil changes were done as well as regular maintenance. Ask to see maintenance records or if buying from a dealer, ask if you can contact the original owner.

I'm doing some car searching, and i would like to know if 144,000 miles is good for a 2000 Toyota...? I have heard before that Toyota's can go up to 300,000 miles without dying. Please help me!

That depends on the car and what kind of miles they are. Are they highway miles (good) or are they hard miles (someone who drives fast everywhere.....bad). Most people drive about 15,000 miles per year. The car in question is 9 years old, so thats about 16,000 per year. Toyotas are good cars so it really depends on the price.
