is 121000 miles on a 2002 dodge stratus a lot?

I'm debating on whether or not i should buy a used 2002 dodge stratus SE. i want the car to last me at least a couple of years but is a car with 121000 miles going to last much longer? it has a 4cyl 2.4 liter engine
