Is 12 too young for the sex talk or what?

I live with my grandparents and obviously I'm 12 going on 13. (I'll be 13 in november) Okay well, it seems like a lot of kids know how to uh.. make a baby at 10 even, and kids my age and younger are "having it" I haven't had the sex talk but my grandma lets me watch the news if it has sometin to do with rape. (sex) I haven't had the talk about it, I'm developing and everything but she wont tell me, im curious and Im scared to ask her :/ so my question is, am i too young for the sex talk? number 2 is, how can i ask her my questions? im so scared that she'll get mad at me for even WONDERING. HELP ME PLEASE!!!
