My husband owes a very large amount of back taxes. This happened when I didn't even know him so I had absolutely nothing to do with it (and believe me I am livid as it is due to him being irresponsible) My question is we only have one bank account which is in my name only and his name is not on this account at all. Would they ever be able to take money out of basically my account for these back taxes?
