Iran: "We supplied Zelzal-2 to Hizbullah"

Are you one of the sympathizers with radical islamic anmesia that thinks Hizbullah is a freedom fighting militia and Israel is a terrorist group?

Ok so lets break down the comparison.

The US supports a democratic ally that's targeting Hizbullah, whereas Iran is supporting a widely agreed upon labeled terrorist organization.... a militia that's purposefully attacking Israeli civilians and hiding among Lebanese civilians.

You see these two supplying situations as the same?

It's not different at all. The only way he(and others who support his insane views) can win this argument is to somehow say that because Israel stands on higher moral and ethical ground, it deserves world respect and support.

That is how they argue, because they know they got nothing else to justify what they are doing. The tactic is this:

Put your enemy down to a level where you can criticize him for being uncivilized and barbaric and then you have some form of a legal argument why that enemy should not be helped.

Those people, however, always seem to forget this statement:

"Morality and ethics is in the eye of the beholder, and what is moral to you, is probably very immoral to me."

Just because they say that the US and Israel are the good guys, it doesn't mean it is that way. Good and Bad are relative terms, left alone for interpretation for all. They want to tell you that good and bad has a fixed meaning, and that Israel is always the good guy, and all those who oppose Israel are the bad ones.

This is why the rest of the world watches like this at Israel and America.

Im not going to argue good or bad and right and wrong. All I know is one side would agree to peace and stop this shit and it's not hezballah. If tommorow the terroists stopped this shit for good, Israel would agree to peace. If Israel said that they would stop all their attacks, Hezballah would still try to completely destroy Israel. This is why I support Israel. They are civilized.

Sure, I can accept that argument. I find nothing wrong in what you just said, except maybe the last three words.

But then I can always come back and say that because Israel has a long historical track record of occupying foreign land for years, and sometimes even decades, the situation has gotten so bad that some people(like Hezbollah) have come to a point where they see peace as useless. What Hezbollah is trying to show is that Israel has always been and will always be an occupying force of Muslim lands.

This image creates more anger and more fury, and it creates another new generation of people willing to die just to hurt Israel.

No one can change the fundamental problem which exists here. No one is able to tell Muslims to stop hating Israel, which is why Israel better get used to the idea that it is surrounded by millions of people who wish nothing else but to see it destroyed.

I understand that is a very difficult position to be in, but that happens to be Israel's geographical and cultural location.

Maybe I should have been more clear. What I was referring to is the Golan Heights, the West Bank, the Gaza Strip and the 18 year Israeli occupation of Lebanon. Those areas clearly do not belong to the modern state of Israel and also did not belong to Israel when the 1947 Partition Plan was approved.

I am in no way claiming that only Muslims have the right to own that land. Personally I would love to see that land given back to the British, as they were the only ones so far able to keep control there under the British Mandate of Palestine. I do realize that is only a dream though.
