ipodtouch 1G 16gb after update stuck

any solution for ipodtouch i already update it with itunes from firmware 3b48b to 3.1.3 it stuck on restore only???any solution????? for this iphone i update it using 3.1.3 firmware ... but why it still stuck on recovery only ????
