ok so im a little lost im pretty good at computers and hard drives but this one doesn't make any sense to me . the new 64 gb ipod touch says it can hold around 14,000 songs, and the 160gb ipod classic says it can hold 40,000 songs. how come when i do the math an ipod classic is 2.5 the hard drive capacity of a 64gb ipod touch but 2.5 14,000 songs ( which would be the song capacity of a 160b ipod touch ) it's only 35,000 songs . I assume it has to do with the difference in hard drives but does any1 know for sure ?
