ipod touch extrac pic and music

i need some help to extrack pictures and music of my ipod touch 2gen 32gb
because i had to format my pc and now itunes doesnt allowed me to manage it.Which program would be usefull for me also by free.
if somebody has had this problem just help me asap.
 
very good tested by me on iphone 3gs works with ipods also

Transfer iPod to iTunes, copy iPod to PC and iPod to computer
