Ipod Touch Bluetooth Help?

Me and my friend at school wanna connect with bluetooth together so that we can send songs e.t.c and play games with each other. but when i try looking for him. it just keeps saying searching...

It says that it is now discovarable and so does his.

My ipod is the 2G.

Please Help (:
