Ipod touch 4g won't update software to 4.2? Details and pic inside.?

Okay I've been trying to update my Ipod touch to the new software for hours already...but every time everything loads for the update..a message pops up...saying...

Ugh idk what it means...is there no room on my COMPUTER? or my IPOD? I cleared up my computer but nothing..
