I have much more music on my ipod than my itunes library and I know that by syncing my ipod, it will delete my music and replace it with my itunes library music.
Because of this, I've been syncing my music manually.
I want to add photos to my ipod but to do this I have to click sync in the photos section of my ipod in itunes it says
'Itunes will first copy all other content onto your ipod, then copy your photos onto your ipod'
Will pressing sync remove my music and movies from my ipod?
If so, are there any other ways to add photos manually or something?

However it was the first model that came out rather than the newer one.
