My name is Steven and I'm an undergrad at UCSD conducting a research study to find out more about the design and usability of iPoRAB as well as other, similar mp3 players.

i done it, i done it.

heh my iPod died in less than a year, at 10 months, : ( and since i live in Hicksville i have to drive almost 200 miles to get it repaired. they will send it back to me after repairing it, though. so i won't have to drive back and pick it up. small consolation. shit, i didn't even use a majority of the features; nor had i even come close to using my 20 GB's of storage. you'd think for 350 bucks... am i the only one who's had problems?
