Ipod stuck on apple logo screen HELP.?

Ok so my ipod nano seems to be stuck on the black apple screen. When i plug my headphones in i can hear when i am clicking play but nothing will play. And it is still stuck on the black apple screen i've reset it plenty of times also i restored it from itunes still nothing. Please help.
