I have a 4th gen ipod nano. My computer says it is in recovery mode and needs restoring, so I follow the commands to restore and recover it, but it ends up going in a loop and it says it is still in recovery mode. When I try to reset it (hold down menu and select buttons), the screen turns black and no apple logo appears. Has anyone else experienced this problem or know of a way to fix it?
