Okay, well I just got an iPod touch 4g as a present about two weeks ago and I just started to have problems with the touch screen. for about a cm on the right side of the screen there is no response to touch. also, when i am trying to select something, such as what playlist to listen to, i will tap it but it will select a completely different one. very new iPod that I'm trying to save! please help me! thank you!
p.s. I have restarted it twice, only by holding down the home button and the lock screen button down for longer than required because, you see, i cannot get the power off slider to slide all the way across the screen. that didn't help.
