I was downloading a few apps and they were taking too long so I turned my phone off. I tried turning it on but it won't? Right now it's on the apple screen and has been for the past 30 minutes. I tried doing the home/power button restart but it just goes back to the apple screen. I've tried googling what's wrong but it just keeps telling me to home/power button restart.I had about 30% battery and I really really really don't want to lose any of my pictures or contacts, I have about a thousand... Oh and i tried plugging it into my computer but that won't react either... PLEASE HELP.
