My husbands iPhone wont start up...he's tried everything. Will they replace it? Should he take it to AT&T or Apple?
He hasn't dropped it or damaged it in any way.
Also, he "unlocked" it (I told him not to)...will that matter when it comes to them replacing it? Or can they even tell since it wont turn on?
