My friend in Canada got the Iphone 4, I have the same device. I asked him to download an app like Whatsapp or Textnow so we can text for free because texting from my country to his is really expensive he replied that he hasn't hooked up a line on his iPhone, and he is not going to. I don't think you need a line to download an app, do you? He does have apps he said he only got the iPhone because of the apps. Is he lying?
