I look at the keyboard, but I do this with a regular full keyboard and screen anyway since I don't type very well.

yeah treo is much faster if that is considered fast. I know for a fact that I can type faster than that on my treo650. if you are looking at a treo I would get one with the palm os instead of the windows mobile because it works better and is more stable.

I don't really need to look at my Treo to type anymore, it's pretty fast. Also, I love the autocomplete - my Treo 750 suggests 4 words as I type so I don't have to type the whole word, I just select the correct word as it suggests it.

i am looking at the palm version because i need a stable phone with no 3rd party apps. sure the calendar and email are nice but i really need to be able to text as easy than my lg 8600 or my samsung 740 (8600 is better).

755p is coming to verizon soon but so i might get it when it comes out. since they both have the same os (700p vx 755p) i'm more asking about the way it works
