If old boot rom in 3gs, it can be unlocked. Use idetector to check Only new boot rom jailbreak and unlock not possible at the moment

look at the back of the iphone the bottom part wording in chrome colour is 3GS if the wording is in grey in colour is must be a 3G.

A1203= 2G

A1241= 3G

A1303= 3GS
