iPhone Unlocked and Jail-broken, app store and iTunes?

I just bought an iPhone and had it unlocked and jail-broken. I will be using this with my T-mobile sim card.

Will I have any problems using it with iTunes and/or the App Store?

The iPhone firmware is 3.1.2

Btw, I currently have a Blackberry pearl with a Blackberry data plan, what data plan with T-mobile will I need to switch too?
