Hi, I'm about to buy a iPhone 8GB 3G from a friend. After unlocking and jailbreaking it, what can and can't I do with it regarding phone capabilites? My SIM has been blocked from texting and internet access, basically only calling. When I insert my SIM into the iPhone, will it connect to 3G and charge me high rates, or am I safe? All I want is the interface of the iPhone, apps, and a built in iPod.
