For some reason when I turn it on after the Apple symbol has passed it starts flashing in several rows of white horizontal lines. I can't restore it because my PC doesn't recognize it being connect to it...
u should take it in to an apple store cuz that doesnt sound too great. my dad has an iphone and nothing like that has ever happened so maybe u should take it in.
