guess i know how it works and everything but i've heard rumors that sometimes people don't receive the messages and what not. ive also heard taht it only works in the US but that's not really a concern for me.
first question- how reliable is it, and can ALL carriers recieve and send messages to a textfree account?
second question- what kind of usernames to people usually pick? (first/last name, or is it like an AIM screen name)
third queston- any secret fees?

i am connected to wifi, facebook and safari work, but when i try to create a username, it says the textfree network is down temporarily. is that common?
