ok so i bought an iphone from a friend so i could use it as an ipod (don't tell me it is not possible because i know it is for sure), he didnt take out his SIM card or delete anything so i took out the SIM card and deleted all his stuff, i connected it to itunes and everything was fine, it started erasing his music and syncing my stuff, then the iphone went into recovery mode, so i hit restore, it was restoring when a notification came up "The iPhone 'iPhone' could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (9)." Now it will not turn on and just has the itunes icon on the screen with the end of the connecter pointing to it (basically telling me to connect to iTunes), but i try again and again and it will not work. Help me PLEASE?
Ok, if you are looking at this question please do not answer if your resolution includes me spending money or judging me on how ignorant i am that i did not know that an ipod touch is just like an iphone (hint hint: i do know), the iphone has a camera and i got it REALLY cheap, less than a shuffle would cost me, so i just need help fixing it.
