iPhone SMS tone Laptop/computer?

Alright here's the problem. On my computer I could access the SSH and all, to change my SMS tone. I could go as far the audio/UI Sounds, but on my laptop, I can't find the UI sounds? I'm using OpenSSH, WinSCP on both comp and laptop. Same iPhone and all. But can't find the UI Sounds folder when on LAPTOP. Thanks for helping
