Hi! When my phone's ringer is on and I'm using the headphones I can hear the ring tone and the notification sounds through the headphones. The ring tone sounds in both the phone and the headphones but the notifications sound only in the headphones, which is good. But when the ringer is set to silent I can only hear the ring tone (through the headphones). If I get a text message it would only vibrate and I won't hear any notification through the headphones. Is there any way to set the phone to play ring tones and notifications through the headphones when the phone's ringer is off?
I understand that when the ringer is off the phone will only vibrate. That's logical. But it's different if you're using the headphones. I just don't want the phone to go off when I'm at the library, but I don't want to miss the notifications.
