IPhone Restore Problem HELP PLEASE!!!?

i was trying todowngrade my iphone ailbroken 3.1.3 to 3.1.2 by option restoring in itunes with the old firmware there were no errors but it got stuck at the last little part of the bar in itunes where it says restoring iphone software i tried with a custom firmware, i put it in dfu mode and tried, nothing worked !!! i finnalt tried to do a restre and update jus to get my phone working again at 3.1.3 but its still stuck i took pictures and put them on flikr http://www.flickr.com/photos/50442928@N07/ it it blocks out the link its www dot flikr dot com /photos/50442928@N07 thank you in advance
