Well, it seems this beta hasn't been released yet, but it should have since Apple has a tendency to release the beta firmwares in two-week cycles. I need a dev to confirm whether or not beta 4 of OS 4 has been released yet.
...and if it hasn't, any speculation when it might be released?
I am referring to BETA 4 of the OS 4 of iPhone. Please don't confuse these two. I know iPhone OS 4 will be released this June. However, the BETA 4 should have been released today.
