I know this has been answered many times but here's the deal. I don't want both. I want to hook it up to my AUX in on my GM car for music. I have a large CD collection which I want to eventually put on MP3 which I suppose I could do with either. I am not crazy about the $100+ dun monthly just to have Inet and such which I hardly use now. So I guess if I got the IPod and just a regular phone do I even need a smart phone or could I get by with something less involved? Suggestions here would be appreciated as well. I am using AT&T but can move if I wish. Sorry for the length. Appreciate the help.
