IPhone on Orange Business?

I was thinking about buying an iPhone Business Tarrif (the cheapest one: £30/month). Can I add another SIM to this contract? (So the two phones share the business tarrif?) Is there any extra costs involved? The reason I'm asking this is because the Orange helpline is closed!
