Iphone not syncing music- HELP!!!!! 10 points!!!?

Ok, I downloaded a few tracks into my itunes library, and synced them onto my phone successfully. But then I realised the new songs were on but all my old songs had been deleted. Theyre still in my library (thank goodness) but no matter what I try theyre not syncing onto my phone?! Ive connected it, disconnected it, and synced i many times but the old tracks still arent syncing back on? And I need it for my presentation/'advert' thing tomorrow!
If anyone could suggest anything to get my old tracks back on I'd be so grateful!

PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!
