what ever you do do NOT get the VU. Very poor call sound quality. Also when dialing the phone will automatically go into voice mail. no service support person has been able to fix this problem. I am considering leaving ATT$T because of this. They have very poor service and do not seem to care about my business at all. all I want is a phone that works as it is supposed to. do not buy a VU
