iphone Jailbreak after restoring?

Okay so I got an iphone and I jailbroke the phone using Spirit however when I put the sim in to use the phone I had no signal so I decided to restore the original settings and try again in the hope this time it would work however the phone is restored but on the 3.1.3 form and Spirit cant seem to break it. Can anyone help me jailbreak it and also that when broken I can assure I get a signal as I do not wanna change my network.. oh it was 3.11 original its a new 3gs phone on the vodaphone Irish network
