iphone jailbrake done but not unlock

hi,
My iphone 3g is accidentally update to 3.1.3.
so my baseband is 05.12.1 and bootloder is 05.09.
i have done jailbreak my restoring custom firmware.
than i try ultrasn0w newer version 0.93 which support 05.12.1 baseband.but No luck. iphone still shows "No service "
what to do now? is there any other solution? to unlock iphone 3.1.3 , baseband 05.12.1 and bootloder 05.09

yes i have done this by cydia also i install newer version of ultrasn0w of 0.93 but not usefull...
any other tricks?

ok i will try to jailbreak it by using spirit..
than what is the next step after that ??

done all things which u told me..
jailbreak from redsn0w and install ultrasn0w 0.93 but still it shows No Service
what to do now?
 
Bro, try to reset network settings, try to off and on airplane mode..if still same,update to 4.0 {if u'r phone 3g only,not 3gs} then jailbreak using redsnow 0.9.5b5-4. after unlock without wifi method. try and post result....

that trick which u said " no wifi method"
i restart it 3 to 4 times and on and off flight mode...
than it works

i change sim card and again it shows searching and than "No service"
what was wrong noW?
