OK, I'm looking at a job and have been asked to come in for a technical test. The job is for consultants who travel the globe and take their iPads and iPhones with them rather than netbooks etc. On these they do document editing, presentation;s etc. The company is specifically looking for candidates with strong iPad & iPhone support skills and have turned away many Wintel engineers for a lack of it.
My experience is varied, I can set up pop3 and imap email, I can set all the network settings, location services, VPN, WiFi Hotspot, iTunes synching/backups/restores etc..but my real question is what other types of support can there be? Unless the organisation has jailbroken the machines (which I doubt very much), then I can't think of anything else, is there anything else?
Help would be much appreciated, as you can tell if you google search for iPhone support interview questions & answers all you get are iPhone apps lol
