I've just got an Ipod touch for my Birthday and i'm trying to connect it to my PC, so I can use the Ipods Internet features.
I won't have a Router and if at all possible i'd prefer not to have to buy one.
What i'd like to use, is a USB Wi-Fi dongle for my PC, i've heard it can be done (although staff at my local MAPLIN said it couldn't be done through a USB dongle, only a router).
I do have a USB Wi-fi dongle, but it's an old one and although my IPOD can see it and accepts the password, it still won't connect to the internet.
Does anybody know of a USB W-fi dongle that is proven to work with the Ipod?
