Iphone help please!!!!!!!!?

my iphone whenever im turning it on is getting to the apple symbol then after maybe a minute it shows a loading bar and freezes there what do i do????????
its not getting to the home page its starting up with the apple screen but its showing the loading bar and freezing before it gets to the home page
