I've asked this before, no one could give me a response other than click on your photos and add picture to contact. thats not what i'm asking. What i'm trying to find out, is on your contact photos, when someone calls you it normally on my phone their picture takes up the whole screen, but like on the TV commercial, it only shows a little contact picture like this...

I want to know how to make my phone show only a little contact picture. Can someone please help me? I've searched and someone said you have to sync your phone with the contact pictures, i've tried that, doesn't work, and i've even made several different size pictures, even very small versions of the picture and synced it via itunes, still didn't work.
