iPhone Calling & Data Plan?

Im currently on AT&T with a 350 Minutes and unlimited texting plan, no data. I bought an iPhone on Ebay (Jailbrake). I´ve read in some places that if you use the iPhone they add the unlimited DATA plan ($30) but what about the Minutes? Do they change it to a unlimited plan too ? Thanks in advance
