Ok guys I need your advice. My husband has an otterbox on his iphone 3gs but the clip on the otterbox broke and the phone fell from his waist and broke. Now otterbox refuses to replace the phone, apple refuses to replace it, and radio shack where we bought it claims the insurance we bought covered this and we found out we've been lied to. Any ideas? Please only serious answers cuz I'm tired of getting the run around!
