The only time i can hear any audio is when the headphones are plugged in. it doesn't ring and when i'm on the phone i can't put it on speaker either. i have tried updating it and cleaning out the headjack. my bluetooth isn't on and the volume is turned up, plus it isn't on silent. i seriously cannot find a solution, google has failed me. please help! i am about to just try and switch the phone because i cannot find any solutions.
