IPhone as a webcam, while on the video app for it?

i know i can use the Iphone as a webcam, for attaching to a computer, but i was wondering, if there was an iphone app that i could use to connect to ooVoo, (ooVoo is a chat/video software for computers) and be able to use the IPhone itself as a webcam for it at the same time?

this might me a confusing question, but if you understand, please answer. thanks!
