So I've been wanting to buy the iPhone 4 for such a long time but without a contract. At&T won't sell it unless I commit to a 2-year contract and now I found out that Verizon doesn't require you to sign up for one but they do require a month-to-month activation agreement. Can someone explain to me exactly what that is? I'm leaving for Europe in a couple months and don't want to commint to any contracts and just want to buy the iPhone at the full retail price.
If they sell the iPhone at full retail price are they also albe to unlock the phone?
and does do the Apple store by any chance sell the phones without a contract?
I don't want to buy it on ebay becuase you can never be sure and this is a pretty expensive phone. You even have to pay more for it when buying it on ebay
also I need this phone to work in Europe so any advice on what I should do or where I should buy it?
