IPhone 4 unlock by cydia. I m currenly using it with m.f. 01.59.00, b.version 4.0.1 on t mobile.?

I knw if I upgrade it I m not able to unlock anymore with cydia. How I can upgrade withuot change my firmware(01.59.00) and after that can I unlock the phone again by cydia on 4.2 or later version ?? Thnx
